My Story
Hans vocation for cooking started in the family kitchen with his mother and grandmother. After working in Burgundy and Lyon, Hans joined the prestigious 3 star Michelin Chef Alain Ducasse at Plaza Athenee in Paris. Christophe Moret chez Lasserre, Frederic Vardon at 39V, Eric Briffard at Four seasons hotel. In 2013 Chef Hans won his 1st michelin star at the Royal Monceau Raffle in Paris. In 2015 Hans passion for Asia took him to Shanghai, when the Peninsula hotel in contacted him to held the kitchen of Sir Elly's restaurant. In 6 month he gained 1 michelin star and retained it for two years in a row. Chef Hans then arrived in Thailand at The Okura prestige were he maintained one michelin star two years in a row.
